Wafangdian Bearing Group Casting Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of machinery, mainly engaged in casting industry and secondarily in machining and production of bearing parts. As a joint-stock enterprise with participation of Wafangdian Bearing Group, it boasts approximately 400 employees and annual output of RMB 50 million Yuan at present.

Wafangdian Bearing Group Casting Co., Ltd has several production lines of steel casting, iron casting and non-ferrous casting etc.. Weight of single iron casting can reach 8 tons and of steel casting 2.5 tons. In accordance with requirements, production methods of clay-bonded sand, sodium silicate-bonded sand and resin bonded sand as well as the centrifugal casting can be realized. Its products mainly include castings for the industries of machine tool, mine, cement and hydroelectricity, with some exported. Its users mainly include Dalian Machine Tool Group Corp., Shenyang Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd, DHI.DCW Group Co., Ltd, Tianjin Heavy Machinery Group, Dalian Tiejie Import & Export Co., Ltd, Hengzhu Machinery Import & Export Co., Ltd as well as several cement manufacturers in Liaoning. It is the largest integrated casting manufacturer in South Liaoning, with abundant experience in production of wear, heat and corrosion resisting casting.

The Company occupies an area of over 10000 m2 and owns one cupola of 5T, one cupola of 3T, three mid-frequency electric furnaces of 1.5T, three mid-frequency electric furnaces of 0.5T, three centrifugal casting machines, one production line of resin-bonded sand of 10T/h, one vertical turning machine in diameter of 1600mm, two vertical turning machine in diameter of 1250mm, one closed planer of 4m as well as several turning, milling, boring machines and rock arms. It has complete test and inspection facilities and methods, with a professional technical team of 12 persons, five of which with senior title of professional post.
